Ahava Scents is a registered Ghanaian fragrance retail business based in Accra. These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or place an order with us. By using our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, prices and availability. Products may sell out or become unavailable without notice. We may update product information, pricing and availability where necessary.

Orders

Orders can be placed through our website at any time. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation has been issued. We may contact you if there is a problem with your order, payment or product availability.

Prices and Payment

All product prices are displayed in Ghana cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are charged separately from the product price. Payments must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are handled according to our Delivery Policy. Customers may arrange their own rider or ask Ahava Scents to arrange a rider on their behalf. Where Ahava Scents arranges the rider, the delivery fee will be confirmed before the rider is booked. Delivery times may be affected by location, traffic and rider availability.

Returns and Refunds

Product Experience

Fragrance is personal and may smell or perform differently from person to person. Information about fragrance notes, longevity, projection and scent trail is provided as guidance and does not guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance in exactly the same way.

Ahava Scents sources its products from authorized retailers and checks products before they leave our hands. We stand behind the authenticity of every fragrance we sell.
